- 12 Small to Medium Radishes
 - 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
 - 2 teaspoon(s) Favorite Sugar Free Spice Blend
 
Roasted Radishes Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
 - Wash radishes, cut off ends and chop into bite size pieces (cut radishes into halves or quarters, depending on how big they are)
 - Put pieces into a ziploc bag, add olive oil and favorite sugar free spice blend (Try Penzeys Forward)
 - Close bag and shake to coat radish pieces evenly
 - Spread on sheet pan, making sure to not crowd pieces
 - Roast for 30-45 mins or until desired crispiness
