Recipe
- 1 packet Plain Pancake Mix
 - 1 packet Very Vanilla Pudding/Shake Mix
 - 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
 - 1 packet Stevia
 - 0.33 cup(s) egg whites
 - 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
 - 4 tablespoon(s) water
 - 12 egg
 - 1 ounce(s) unsweetened almond milk
 - 0.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
 - 4 tablespoon(s) Walden Farms PAncake Syrup
 - 1 dash(es) cooking spray
 
French Toast Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
 - In a bowl, combine pancake mix, pudding mix, baking powder, and Stevia and mix well.
 - Add oil, water, and egg whites and mix, forming a batter.
 - Spray a small loaf pan (5x3) with cooking spray and pour in batter.
 - Bake 18-20 minutes. Test by inserting a toothpick into the center, if it comes out clean, remove from oven and allow the bread to cool. Slice the bread after cooling.
 - Add egg, almond milk and cinnamon to a bowl and beat well.
 - Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set to medium heat.
 - Dip slices of bread in the mix and then cook in skillet until golden brown color on both sides.
 - Drizzle with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup and enjoy!
