- 1 dash(es) cinnamon or cocoa powder
 - 1 cup(s) coffee
 - 1 packet of ITG Cappuccino
 - 4 ounce(s) skim milk
 - 1 dash(es) stevia to taste (optional)
 - ice cubes for desired consistency
 
Satisfying Coffee Breakfast Shake Directions
- Brew coffee - can use regular or decaf. If drinking regular coffee, make sure to add one extra cup of water during the day.
 - Add all ingredients to a NutriBullet, Ninja, or blender and blend to desired consistency.
 - Add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
 - Instead of ITG Cappuccino, substitute any ITG powdered shake/pudding mixes or an ITG Ready to Drink Chocolate or Vanilla Shake (do not add skim milk if using pre-made shakes).
